Arrive before the noise.

A journey-based out-of-home plan that puts SolarWinds in front of enterprise technology buyers at the airport, on the metro and across Expo City, before they ever reach the exhibition hall.

01The Opportunity

GITEX concentrates a year of enterprise pipeline into five days.

A stand converts the people who already know you. Out-of-home decides how many of them there are.

Five days, one venue. The Scale Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre on 07 December, then Expo City Dubai from 08 to 11 December.

Inside the halls, every competitor shouts at the same volume. Outside them, SolarWinds holds that audience alone: at passport control, on the metro concourse, on the walk between hall clusters.

So the objective is not presence. Presence is what the stand buys. The objective is to arrive in the conversation already recognised.

02The Audience

Target the enterprise technology audience in motion.

GITEX concentrates the exact buyers SolarWinds sells to. A journey-based plan reaches them with intent, while they are still moving, still receptive, and before booth overload sets in.

Reach them upstream, before they enter the hall, so SolarWinds is already familiar at the point of conversation.

03The Approach

Three moments, one continuous layer.

Each touchpoint does a different job. Together they build familiarity across the whole visitor journey, so booth conversations start with recognition instead of introduction.

  • 01

    Arrive ahead of the noise

Capture senior travellers and visitors before competitor messaging dominates the hall floor.

    Pre-booth
  • 02

    Dominate the gateway

Mass impressions at the metro and the outdoor network create unmissable arrival presence.

    On-venue
  • 03

    Walk in already warm

Repeated exposure across journey touchpoints lifts recall at the moment sales conversations begin.

    Booth handoff

A single connected layer of 186 screens that supports the booth investment with upstream visibility.

04The Network

Three sites. One unbroken route to the stand.

Every asset below is live, bookable inventory in the GITEX corridor, sequenced in the order a visitor actually encounters it.

Please note: all visuals in this section are illustrative mockups. The SolarWinds branding has been placed onto photographs of the actual sites so you can picture how the brand would look in each location. They are not live bookings or published creative.

Terminal 3 · Passport Control

The first business touchpoint in Dubai. Delegates flying in for GITEX clear passport control before they see a single competitor message: a captive, unhurried window with senior international travellers.

Strategic role: top-of-funnel prestige. Builds international executive exposure and sets the tone before city movement begins.

Route 2020 was built for this venue. Almost every GITEX visitor arriving by rail passes through this one station, twice a day, for the full run of the show.

At 134 screens across all four zones, SolarWinds is not present at the station. SolarWinds is the station.

Strategic role: scale and frequency. An 8-second spot on a one-minute loop repeats inside a single walk from gateline to platform.

Entrance Gate

Expo City · main arrival gate

First-impression dominance as visitors enter Expo City. A full-width horizontal LED runs the length of the arrival canopy, so the brand is read before a single hall is in sight. This is the layer that sets the tone for everything that follows.

Expo City · central pedestrian hub

The central pedestrian hub between hall clusters, with stacked totem columns on the Expo City towers framing the Al Wasl Dome approach. Everyone crossing from one hall group to another passes through here, which makes it the highest-repetition outdoor zone on the site.

Zone 03

Jubilee Park

Expo City · green corridor

A high-footfall corridor used for breaks and informal meetings between sessions, and it keeps working after the halls close. Dwell time here is longer and unhurried, which makes it the best zone for a message that needs more than a glance.

05The Journey

The route a delegate takes, and where we meet them.

Four sequential exposures, from landing to stand. No gap in the chain, and no reliance on a single format doing all the work.

Sequence, not scatter
